Bowl Lifts and Tilts
For most wholesale bakeries with removable bowl mixers, the bowl lift or bowl tilt is an invaluable piece of bakery equipment that can save on labor, worker’s comp claims and time, contributing greatly to the efficiency of a bakery operation. The lifts can be sized and positioned to dump either low (on benches or tables) or higher into hoppers that feed other dough processing equipment. The bowl tilt is for lower dump only, often onto a table.
