Cream Cookers

These are machines for preparing and cooking a variety of types of products of confectionery and gastronomy such as creams, jams, cream puff dough, condensed milk, béchamel, sauce, polenta and risottos, meat mushroom and vegetable sauces to name just a few.
The cookers are electrical and make use of the “bain-marie” cooking concept, with a triple-wall tank with hollow space in a diathermic oil bath to meet EC standards. They are equipped with accident-prevention & protections that make their use simple and safe.
