In a cyclothermic oven, the heat produced by the combustion is yielded to the product on the deck in the baking chamber by means of tube nests placed above and below the baking chamber. This oven model is particulary versatile for the baking of various ranges of products. Besides being very easy to run, the TAGH allows remarkable consumption savings.
