The clear instructions for use make this machine very user-friendly. Thanks to its compact dimensions (60 x 60 cm), the machine can be perfectly integrated in any store layout. The Self-service front-loading slicer is fitted with a cover which automatically locks during slicing. An optional plexiglas cover can be supplied to ensure complete isolation of the slicing zone (magnetic lock) in the bread delivery zone. All Jac slicers are fitted with 4 casters (including 2 which lock) for easy moving when cleaning.
