The JAC Speed is fitted with 4 casters (which lock) for easy moving when cleaning. For improved hygiene, the electrical and mecahnical parts are separated from the foodstuff section by partitions. The large capacity crumb collector allows easy and hygienic removal of crumbs. A push rod may be locked on to the loading mat to facilitate the cutting of the final loaves in any batch. Loaf progress can be easily viewed through the plexiglass framework.
