Mono Harmony Modular Deck Oven
Mono
MONO's Harmony Modular Deck Oven has been designed by bakers for bakers; the beautifully mellow bake making it ideally suited to producing true artisan breads and high-end confectionery products. Each component of the Harmony Modular Deck Oven is built separately which means it can be delivered through a standard doorway and installed onsite; the perfect solution for bakeries with limited access and for those situated in basements or in upper story locations. We found the best wood burning brick oven in Spain manufactured by Juan Llopis Planas, son of the founder of Hornos Llopis. With an IPSOR brick oven, your bakery’s bread can have a moister crumb and a crust that is shinier, crisper and more golden brown in color. TAGH Series Cyclothermic Oven
TAGH Series Cyclothermic Oven
Continental Forni
The TMB TAGH Baking Cyclothermic Oven is a gas-fired oven that relies upon a large fan to circulate the heated air evenly throughout the baking chamber, rather than employ vapor tubes to disseminate and heat to the hearth decks and air within the baking chambers. The oven has been very popular in grocery in-store bakeries and other environments that cannot support the weight of concrete, masonry and vapor tubes filled with water. These ovens have a solid reputation for good baking performance over long time periods.

Stoneheart™ and Bassanina Tubix™ Gas Deck Ovens
Stoneheart™ and Bassanina Tubix™ Gas Deck Ovens
When bakers want the overall performance of a gas deck oven with the thermal mass of masonry and concrete foundation and concrete reinforced walls, but have less space and budget than required for the TAG oven, then the Stoneheart™ (by Verona Forni) or Tubix™ (by Bassanina/Forma) hearth oven is the answer. These ovens are manufactured to our specifications in Italy by two leading oven manufacturers.

Steelheart™ (Zoom) Gas Deck Oven
Steelheart™ (Zoom) Gas Deck Oven
Bassanina/Forma
The Steelheart™ Deck oven is designed primarily for retail bakeries due its compact design. The gas burner on this oven fires into a stainless steel flame tube, which serves as the heat exchanger, transmitting heat to the water-filled vapor tubes that wrap around it. These vapor tubes, in turn, heat the stone hearths below and air above each hearth. This oven frequently fits both the available space and budget for retail bakeries that produce a variety of bread and other baked goods.
